Hi all! I added a post update (below), but wanted to make sure and let you all know that I LOVE questions and comments. I don't want to get too repetitive with my cancer 101 stuff or my nutrition 101 stuff so just let me know if you have specific questions. Oh, and I don't have to "know" you in order for you to email or ask a question. It helps if you sign off with a name so I will have a frame of reference, but this blog is for anyone who wants to know about living with cancer and how it is done.
